The cleverness of this design lies in its ability to prevent oil droplets from seeping onto the stage and impurities from entering the lubricating oil, saving unnecessary trouble for stage work.

　　Although this design is clever and clean, it does not mean that the lubricating oil in the gearbox of the stage chain electric hoist does not need to be checked. Because the lubricating oil inside the gearbox may have problems such as solidification, insufficient residue, and accumulation of impurities, if not checked in a timely manner, it will affect the normal operation of the gears. So what aspects should be paid attention to during regular inspections?

　　Firstly, when using a stage chain electric hoist in cold weather, it is necessary to check whether there is condensation in the lubricating oil inside the gearbox before starting work. If it solidifies, do not be careless. Heat the lubricating oil to a flowing state before starting to work.

　　Secondly, the new electric chain hoist has been in operation for 500 hours. Please check if the lubricating oil in the gearbox is sufficient. If it is insufficient, it needs to be refilled. Regularly check the lubricating oil condition in the third month. One thing to note is that the speed of using lubricating oil should be determined based on the specific situation of one's own construction. Then determine the inspection frequency based on the speed of using the lubricating oil.

　　Thirdly, regularly check whether there are too many impurities accumulated in the lubricating oil inside the gearbox, and thoroughly clean it if necessary. Although the gearbox is enclosed and dust is not easy to enter, there is no airtight wall, and long-term use will more or less introduce impurities. Excessive accumulation of impurities can affect the normal operation of gears.

　　Firstly, chain knotting is a very serious issue. Because it is an electric hoist, it will not automatically stop when encountering tangled chains, which can lead to dangerous accidents such as broken chains and falling off of goods, and even threaten human life. So, before using the stage specific electric hoist, it is necessary to check whether the chain is knotted.

　　Secondly, the power supply system is unstable and the line contacts are poor. Once this situation occurs, it may cause the motor or brake to burn out and malfunction due to sudden and forceful dragging from heavy objects.

　　Thirdly, if the lubricating oil inside the gearbox leaks out, continue to use it. Many people do not take lubricating oil leakage seriously and continue to use it, which is highly likely to cause a fire in the event of small sparks, making it extremely dangerous. So at this point, the use should be stopped immediately, the leaked lubricating oil should be wiped clean, and the gearbox should be repaired.

　　Fourthly, when multiple gourds are hung upside down together, they do not start synchronously. This can lead to chain breakage or uneven stage construction, resulting in collapse during the performance.
