  From a mechanical structure perspective, it mainly includes core components such as electric motors, reducers, drums, and wire ropes (or chains). When the operator issues a lifting command, the electric motor starts running. Electric motors are like the "heart" of stage electric hoists, converting electrical energy into mechanical energy. This mechanical energy is processed through a reducer, which acts as a clever "speed regulator" that reduces the output speed of the electric motor while increasing the output torque. This torque boost allows the equipment to generate enough force to lift stage props or other heavy objects.

  Next, the power processed by the reducer is transmitted to the drum. The reel is like a "wire winding device", which starts to rotate under the drive of power, thereby driving the steel wire rope or chain to perform retraction and extension actions. If lifting heavy objects, the drum will wrap the steel wire rope or chain around itself, causing the heavy object to be slowly lifted; When heavy objects need to be lowered, the drum rotates in the opposite direction to release the steel wire rope or chain.
