Installation Steps Suspension Installation If installing on a fixed stage structure (such as an I-beam crossbeam on the roof), appropriate hooks or hangers can be used. Secure the hanger firmly to the crossbeam through connecting parts like bolts. Then, hang the suspension part of the electric hoist on the hanger. For different types of suspension devices, strictly follow the installation guidelines provided by the manufacturer to ensure a firm and reliable connection. During the installation process, pay attention to adjusting the position of the electric hoist so that its chain hangs vertically downward, facilitating the lifting operation. Electrical Connection Connect the power cord of the electric hoist to a power socket or distribution box that meets the requirements. Pay attention to the polarity of the power cord during connection to ensure correct wiring. After completing the connection, check whether the wiring is firm to avoid loose connections causing poor contact or short circuits. Commissioning and Inspection After the installation is completed, conduct no-load commissioning. Press the up and down buttons of the electric hoist to check whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct. If the motor rotation direction is incorrect, immediately stop the operation and exchange the wiring of two phases of the power cord to correct the direction. Check whether the chain moves up and down smoothly, and whether there are any abnormal phenomena such as jamming or shaking. At the same time, check whether the limit device of the electric hoist is working properly. When the chain reaches the upper or lower limit position, the limit switch should be able to cut off the power supply in a timely manner to prevent damage caused by excessive lifting or lowering of the chain. III. Operating Instructions Pre-lifting Inspection Before lifting a heavy object each time, check whether the weight of the heavy object is within the rated lifting capacity of the electric hoist. Overloading is strictly prohibited, as it may damage the electric hoist and even lead to safety accidents. Check whether the lifting tools (such as hooks, slings, etc.) are in good condition and whether the connections are firm. Ensure that the lifting tools can safely bear the heavy object. Lifting Operation Correctly hang the lifting tool on the heavy object to ensure a firm connection. Then press the up button of the electric hoist to start lifting slowly. During the lifting process, closely observe the state of the heavy object to ensure it rises smoothly. If the heavy object is found to be tilted or shaking, immediately stop the lifting operation. Adjust the position of the heavy object and then continue. The lifting speed should be reasonably controlled according to the actual situation to avoid excessive swinging of the heavy object or excessive impact on the electric hoist due to too fast a lifting speed. Moving Operation (if applicable) Some stage electric hoists can move on a track to transport heavy objects between different positions on the stage. Before moving, make sure there are no obstacles on the track. Then start the moving device and slowly move the electric hoist and the heavy object to the target position. Also pay attention to the stability of the heavy object during the moving process. Lowering Operation

When it is necessary to lower the heavy object, press the down button of the electric hoist. The lowering speed should also be moderate, and maintain control over the heavy object. When the heavy object is about to reach the ground, slow down the lowering speed even more to avoid a violent collision between the heavy object and the ground.
