Stage electric hoist electric drive system
In order to achieve free adjustment of the stage, we will use an electric drive system to provide power. The system consists of an electric motor, a reducer, a transmission device, and a controller. The motor will change the stage height and angle through a reducer and transmission device. The controller will receive user input signals and achieve precise stage adjustment by adjusting the speed and direction of the motor.
Motor: Choose a high-efficiency and low-noise DC motor to provide sufficient power and reliability.
Reducer: A high-precision, low friction planetary gear reducer is used to provide sufficient torque and transmission efficiency.
Transmission device: Use a spiral transmission device to transmit the motor speed to the stage hoist to achieve adjustment of stage height and angle.
Controller: Using a microprocessor controller, precise control of the stage hoist is achieved by receiving user input signals and sensor feedback signals.
