1、 When using gourds for stage construction, it is necessary to first inspect them to see if they are in good condition, and then conduct a simple test by idling them a few times to see if they are functioning properly. However, during testing, it is not allowed to power on for inspection to avoid accidents caused by sudden operation.
2、 After the gourd is installed, we can conduct a power on test. However, there are requirements for the height of the test, and it needs to operate at overload. For example, to lift goods that exceed the rated load by 25% to a height of about 100 millimeters above the ground, and then stand still in the air to see if there are any problems.
3、 After being stationary in the air for ten minutes, if everything is normal, the goods need to be repeatedly lifted up and down to check whether the various components of the stage hoist are working properly.
4、 Repeated lifting operations are also required. For example, the rated closing frequency of goods exceeding the rated load cannot exceed 120 per hour to avoid accidents.
