Precautions before the completion of the stage electric hoist hanging

　　Stage electric hoist is a professional lifting equipment used for stage performances. Before use, the following five points must be met:

　　1. Before connecting the power supply of the stage electric hoist, it is absolutely necessary to check that these numbers match the supplied voltage. The voltage and frequency of this power supply used for operating the chain electric hoist are marked on the rated voltage nameplate of the motor.

　　2. The preliminary lubrication of the stage electric hoist must be completed before the crane is used:

　　Carrying chain: The entire length of the chain must be lubricated, including where the chain passes through the sprocket. It is necessary to ensure that the contact points between the connecting rods (i.e. the saddle of the chain) are properly lubricated.

　　Gearbox: The surrounding temperature is approximately between -10 ℃ and+50 ℃, and 220mm2/S40 ℃ gear oil with mild and high-pressure additives should be used. The gear oil specification is DIN51502CLP220. When the temperature is higher or lower than the surrounding temperature, the type of gear oil used should be suitable for special conditions.

　　3. Stage electric hoist hook and hook eye suspension: The suspension point should be of the correct size to accommodate the top hook or hook eye of the chain electric hoist and allow it to be placed moderately on the saddle. It must be sufficient to support the crane's maximum lifting capacity.

　　4. Pre use testing of stage electric hoist: After the hoist is assembled, but before the crane is used for normal operation, the following procedures should be completed. Isolate power supply: Check that all mechanical and electrical connectors and connections are locked and secure.

　　Secondly, the brake of the electric hoist uses a disc type DC electromagnetic field, which makes the brake fast and stable, and has low noise during use. The coaxial rotating gear of the stage electric hoist mainly uses a lubricating oil bath system, which has the advantage of long service time.
