Safety technical measures for the installation of electric hoists
1. Provide safety technical briefing to construction personnel, familiarize themselves with the construction plan, and install according to the requirements of the construction plan.
2. Non construction personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the site. All construction personnel must wear safety helmets when entering the site, be familiar with command signals, obey the instructions of a dedicated person throughout the lifting process, and shall not leave their work positions without authorization.
3. Throughout the construction process, always carry out on-site cleaning work and clear all obstacles to facilitate operations. All personnel participating in high-altitude operations should wear a safety belt during operation and hang it in a safe and reliable place. High altitude operations should carry a tool kit, and it is strictly prohibited to throw tools and debris onto the ground from high altitude to avoid injury or other accidents.
4. Before lifting the equipment, it is necessary to strictly check the selection and bundling of the steel wire rope used for lifting. During the lifting process of the equipment, the lifting and lowering should be stable, without any impact or vibration, and no one is allowed to lift the equipment with the equipment. If the lifting process is interrupted due to reasons, effective measures must be taken to deal with it, and the equipment must not stay in the air for a long time. 5. During working hours, it is strictly prohibited to play around and operate under the influence of alcohol.
6. Any use of buildings as anchor or suspension points must be approved by the wild species before use.
