At the same time, in order to avoid noise caused by chain pulling, chain pockets are also used for storage. But sometimes the stage electric hoist may produce abnormal noise during the load process, why is this?

　　The reason for abnormal noise generated by stage electric hoists is different from the noise generated by chain friction, which is often caused by problems and malfunctions. Generally speaking, the main reason is rough workmanship of the components, or surface damage or corrosion, such as poor smoothness or defects of the components. Therefore, during operation, wear will increase or impact will occur, resulting in abnormal noise, or noise caused by large assembly time gaps, unbalanced bearing operation, insufficient accuracy, and other reasons.

　　When abnormal noise occurs on the stage electric hoist, timely maintenance should be carried out, and damaged parts should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid affecting the stage effect due to abnormal noise.
