The adjustment of the stage electric hoist chain should not be too tight
The stage electric hoist is mainly used to lift heavy objects through chains, but some users adjust the chains very tightly when using electric hoists, which is actually incorrect.
1. Adjusting the chain too tightly will increase the force and easily lead to chain breakage.
2. Adjusting the chain too tightly will increase the friction between the chain and sprocket, accelerating the wear of the chain and sprocket.
3. Adjusting the chain too tightly will increase the wear of the bearings, increase the power consumption of the electric hoist, and reduce safety and service life.
4. Adjusting the chain too tightly can also increase the motor load and shorten the service life of the motor.
The stage electric hoist adjusts the tension of the chain appropriately during operation, reducing chain wear and extending the service life of the electric hoist.
