Precautions before the completion of the stage electric hoist hanging

　　Stage electric hoist is a professional lifting equipment used for stage performances. Before use, the following five points must be met:

　　1. Before connecting the power supply of the stage electric hoist, it is absolutely necessary to check that these numbers match the supplied voltage. The voltage and frequency of this power supply used for operating the chain electric hoist are marked on the rated voltage nameplate of the motor.

　　2. The preliminary lubrication of the stage electric hoist must be completed before the crane is used:

　　Carrying chain: The entire length of the chain must be lubricated, including where the chain passes through the sprocket. It is necessary to ensure that the contact points between the connecting rods (i.e. the saddle of the chain) are properly lubricated.

　　Gearbox: The surrounding temperature is approximately between -10 ℃ and+50 ℃, and 220mm2/S40 ℃ gear oil with mild and high-pressure additives should be used. The gear oil specification is DIN51502CLP220. When the temperature is higher or lower than the surrounding temperature, the type of gear oil used should be suitable for special conditions.

　　3. Stage electric hoist hook and hook eye suspension: The suspension point should be of the correct size to accommodate the top hook or hook eye of the chain electric hoist and allow it to be placed moderately on the saddle. It must be sufficient to support the crane's maximum lifting capacity.

　　4. Pre use testing of stage electric hoist: After the hoist is assembled, but before the crane is used for normal operation, the following procedures should be completed. Isolate power supply: Check that all mechanical and electrical connectors and connections are locked and secure.

　　Different noises and malfunctions of stage electric hoists

　　Due to the fact that stage electric hoists are powered by electricity, malfunctions of stage electric hoists are often accompanied by various abnormal sounds. The stage electric hoist belongs exclusively to the stage, and abnormal sounds can affect the sound effect of the stage. In order to maintain a good stage effect, any abnormal sounds should be resolved as soon as possible.

　　It is amazing that skilled technicians can roughly understand the cause of a malfunction by identifying the location, height, and tone of the noise.

　　Firstly, the noise comes from the control circuit and is accompanied by a humming sound. So the reason may be that the contactor has malfunctioned. So, when this situation occurs, it is necessary to check whether there are problems such as poor contact of the AC contactor contacts and inconsistent voltage levels.

　　Secondly, the noise comes from the motor, which may result in the following three situations. 1. The entire motor emits a regular buzzing sound that varies in intensity. This situation may be due to the single-phase operation of the motor. 2. There is a buzzing sound of "clack clack clack" coming from the vicinity of the bearing. This situation may be due to damaged bearings. 3. The entire motor emits a high pitched 'buzzing' sound, accompanied by a sharp and piercing sound. This situation may be due to the misalignment of the coupling axis or slight sweeping of the bore by the motor.

　　Thirdly, the noise comes from the reducer and is accompanied by a loud buzzing sound. This situation may be due to the gearbox not having added or replaced lubricating oil before or during use.
