Although its quality is strictly processed during production, we still need to be cautious in daily use, and it is necessary to conduct good inspection work to avoid the chain chain electric hoist being "sick on duty".
1. Before starting the chain electric hoist equipment, check for any abnormalities in the hooks, straps, and electrical equipment. If there are no abnormalities, slowly start and run for 1-2 minutes before starting work.
2. Check if the up, down, left, and right movements of the handle buttons or remote control are accurate and sensitive, and if there are any abnormal noises from the motor and reducer.
3. Check the chain for any kinks, fractures, deformations, etc. If there are any, adjust or replace the chain in a timely manner.
4. Check if the brake is working properly, and check if there are any abnormalities in the connectors, lifting chains, hooks, etc.
In addition to some checks before starting up, if any abnormal phenomena occur during operation, the machine should be immediately shut down for inspection to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel
