Micro electric hoists are equipped with an emergency stop switch when leaving the factory, which is a safety protection function of the equipment to prevent impact. The main task is to stop the action of the electric hoist in emergency situations, protecting the safety of personnel and equipment.
The emergency stop switch appears to be a red, mushroom shaped button located above the control handle. Its working principle is as follows:
Working principle of emergency stop switch for micro electric hoist:
(1) Press the button during emergency shutdown. When the button is pressed, the mechanism will be locked.
(2) When unlocking, rotate the button to the right. The pressed button will return to its original position.
(3) When the power supply is on, if the button is pressed and not rotated to the right to stop releasing, the operation button cannot function due to the loss of voltage maintenance function. In addition, when the power is supplied, press the button and rotate the button to the right to stop and release before stopping the above operation.
It should be noted that when the emergency stop switch of the micro electric hoist is pressed, the button switch of the electric hoist can only be lowered and cannot be raised, so it needs to be restored before normal lifting operations can be carried out.
