No-Load Operation Test for Audio Equipment Truss Hoist

Operate the hoist continuously for 30 minutes under no-load conditions, and inspect the following:

- Motor temperature rise (≤70K): Monitor in real time with high-precision temperature measurement instruments, ensuring the temperature rise does not exceed 70K.   - Operation noise (≤85dB): Measure with a sound level meter at a distance of 1 meter from the equipment, ensuring the noise is controlled within 85dB.   - Control system response sensitivity: Verify the sensitivity by simulating various control commands to ensure operational instructions are executed promptly and accurately.   Overload Protection Test   Apply a 125% rated load to the audio equipment truss hoist and observe whether the overload limiter can:   - Rapidly cut off power output when the load reaches the threshold to prevent equipment damage from overloading.   Limit Switch Test   Verify the triggering accuracy of the Audio Equipment Truss Hoist upper/lower limit switche and travel limit switches to ensure the hoist does not operate beyond the specified range.
