Why does the lifting chain of a chain hoist twist?
Bending of the lifting chain is one of the common phenomena that occur during the use of chain hoists. Bending of the chain is very troublesome and even poses a danger to our work. Therefore, for the sake of our life safety, we must prevent similar incidents from happening.
So what should we do when twisting occurs?
1： During the rising process, twisting and bending can easily cause chain jamming problems, so we should smooth it out before use;
2： The chain wheel or guide wheel of the chain hoist is damaged, both of which can cause the chain to twist during the lifting process. Therefore, we should pay attention to the maintenance of the parts.
