Four explosion-proof usage rules for chain hoists
1. Overloading is strictly prohibited. It is strictly prohibited to operate using power other than manual labor. Before use, it is necessary to confirm that the components are intact, the transmission part and lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idle condition is normal. Check whether the upper and lower hooks are securely fastened before lifting. Prohibit incorrect operations such as lifting heavy objects at the tip.
2. After cleaning and maintenance, the explosion-proof chain hoist should undergo a no-load test to confirm its normal operation and reliable braking before being delivered for use. The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean. The brake part should be regularly inspected to prevent brake failure and the occurrence of falling objects.
3. The explosion-proof chain hoist lifting chain should be hung vertically without twisted links, and the lower hook bracket of the double chain should not be overturned. The operator should stand in the same plane as the bracelet wheel and pull the hand chain, causing the bracelet wheel to rotate in a clockwise direction. This will cause the weight to rise and reverse the search of the bracelet bar, and it can slowly descend at noon. When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly prohibited for personnel to do any work or walk under them to avoid personal accidents.
4. During the lifting process of explosion-proof chain hoist, regardless of whether the weight rises or falls, when searching for the bracelet, the force should be uniform and gentle, and not too strong to avoid the bracelet jumping or getting stuck. If the operator finds that the hand tension is greater than the normal tension, they should immediately stop using it. After using the maintenance method, the gourd should be cleaned and coated with rust resistant grease, and stored in a dry place.
