　　How many times can a lifting belt be used?

　　Strictly speaking, the frequency of use varies depending on the environment in which the lifting belt is used. For small tonnage lifting belts below 100 tons, they can be lifted more than 500 times under normal lifting conditions;

　　For a large lifting belt of 100-500 tons, it can be lifted about 300 times under normal lifting conditions;

　　For oversized lifting belts weighing over 500 tons, they can be lifted approximately 200 times under normal lifting conditions;

　　However, considering the differences in the degree of damage caused by different lifting environments and the roughness of the surface of the lifted object causing local scratches, scratches, and obvious local damage to the lifting belt, the lifting belt cannot be reused. Technical personnel must conduct a detailed and thorough inspection of the lifting belt to determine whether it can be repaired and continue to be used.

　　When the lifting straps we use encounter the following situations, do not use them again to avoid unnecessary losses:

　　1. The body is cut, severely scratched, the rope strands are loose, and there is local rupture.

　　2. Severe surface wear, abnormal deformation of the sling, easy fiber peeling, reduced elasticity, and weakened strength.

　　3. Severe distortion, deformation, and fuzzing.

　　4. Mold and deterioration of the sling, acid and alkali burns, hot melting or burning.

　　5. There are too many loose and corroded spots on the surface of the sling.

　　6. The sling has local abrasions, scratches from sharp objects in the area, and obvious damage.

　　7. Any cuts with horizontal edges shall be immediately scrapped.
