1. When packaging products, the center of gravity should be positioned as low as possible. Products with a high center of gravity should be packaged horizontally as much as possible. Products with a significant deviation from the center of gravity should take corresponding balancing measures.

2. Without affecting accuracy, movable components on the product should be moved to a position that minimizes the overall size of the product and secured. The protruding parts on the product should be removed as much as possible, marked and packaged separately according to their characteristics, and generally fixed in the same box.

3. Components with special requirements on the product should be removed as much as possible, marked, and packaged separately according to special requirements

4. The product (or inner packaging box) should be securely padded, clamped, and fixed inside the outer packaging box. The fixation method of the product inside the box can use buffering material to plug, wooden block positioning and fastening, bolt fastening, pressure bar fastening, etc. When the product is fixed on the skid with bolts, the bolt head should sink into the skid. In general, products should not come into direct contact with the outer packaging board. There should be a certain gap between the entire product packaged in a sliding wooden box and the side, end face, and top surface of the box.

5. Accessory boxes, spare parts boxes, etc. should be fixed in appropriate positions within the main machine box as much as possible, and corresponding fixing measures should also be taken for accessories installed inside the box.

6. The product packaging box should be clean, dry, and free of foreign objects.

7. For larger components such as electric hoists, they should be fixed in three dimensions: up and down, left and right, and front and back.
