IPXX refers to the protection level of the stage electric hoist motor. Among them, XX represents the number, the first number represents the dust level, and the second number represents the waterproof level.
The first number ranges from 0 to 5, and the larger the number, the higher the dust level; The second number ranges from 0 to 8, and the larger the number, the higher the waterproof level. So to what extent can specific numbers be protected?
Firstly, there is the dust level, where 0 represents no protection, 1 represents preventing the intrusion of large solids, 2 represents preventing the intrusion of medium sized solids, 3 represents preventing the entry of small solids, 4 represents preventing the entry of solids larger than 1mm, 5 represents preventing harmful dust accumulation, and 6 represents fully preventing dust from entering the waterproof level.
Secondly, the waterproof level is: 0 represents no protection, 1 represents no impact when water droplets drop into the shell, 2 represents no impact when the shell is tilted to 15 degrees, 3 represents no impact when water or rainwater drops from a 60 degree corner to the shell, 4 represents no harm when the liquid splashes into the shell from any direction, 5 represents no harm when washed with water, 6 represents it can be used in the environment inside the cabin, and 7 represents it can be immersed in water for a short time, 8 represents that it can be used for prolonged immersion under certain pressure.
