We all know that stage chain hoists are composed of many components, but compared to stage electric hoists, the components of stage chain hoists are relatively simple and involve fewer components. However, many customers do not know the standard for replacing the components of the stage chain hoist. Today, the editor will talk about the extent to which the components of the stage chain hoist are damaged and need to be replaced. Today, we will mainly talk about 9 components.
(1) The vertical section height dimension H of the hook should be replaced if it is worn by more than 10% of the original size. Vertical section height dimension of chain hoist hook
(2) If the opening of the hook exceeds 15%, it should be replaced. The calculation method for opening degree is shown in JB560.2.
(3) The hook should be replaced if the torsion deformation exceeds 10 °.
(4) If the diameter of the lifting chain is worn by more than 10%, it should be replaced.
(5) The elongation of 11 links of the lifting chain exceeds 3%, and the elongation of a single link exceeds 5%, which should be replaced.
(6) The hook and lifting chain should be replaced if they have cracks or other harmful defects.
(7) The wear of the friction plate exceeds 25% of the nominal size and should be replaced.
(8) The ratchet, pawl, and spring should be replaced if they are severely worn or corroded.
(9) Gear tooth wear and sprocket groove size wear increase by more than 10% of the nominal size and should be replaced.
