Risk control measures need to be developed for operating electric hoists on the stage
Although the stage electric hoist can be manually controlled by a remote control to control its upward and downward operation modes, there are still many unsafe factors and risks during lifting and use. The using unit should develop a risk control measures plan for it.
Specifically, it mainly manifests in four aspects:
1. For negligible risks: no measures need to be taken and file records do not need to be retained;
2. For tolerable risks, monitoring can be used to ensure that control measures are maintained without the need for additional control measures. However, improvement measures can be considered without increasing additional costs;
3. For moderate risk: efforts must be made to reduce the risk within the specified time frame, further evaluate the occasions related to the stage and electric hoist, accurately determine the possibility of injury occurrence again, and then determine whether improvement control measures are needed;
4. For major risks, such as extreme weather such as strong winds and fog, it is necessary to wait for the risk to decrease before continuing work. When the risk involves ongoing work, emergency measures need to be taken.
Developing corresponding risk control measures for the stage electric hoist can improve the performance effect and ensure the smooth progress of the stage performance.
